Thank you to Clear Path Home Care – North Central Texas for their donation of key lock boxes and non-slip socks (blue and gold, of course) to our CARES Program!
Key lock boxes are provided to prevent property damage caused by forcing open doors to access those who require emergency assistance. Our Stephenville Firefighters can then use an access code to obtain a key that can be used to open the door.
We distribute these items regularly to the citizens that we serve in our community health outreach program. Contact cares@stephenvilletx.gov for more information about referring citizens to the CARES Program.

Clear Path Home Care offers a unique Total Care Management system to optimize each client’s happiness and wellbeing utilizing our carefully vetted Senior Advisory team. We provide coordination between families and all aspects of elder care needs, which may include Home Health, Hospice, Physicians, Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, or Assisted Living Facilities. Personal care consists of help with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and transferring.
