Phillip Billingsley joined forces in 2020 as an equity partner with the goal to expand the urban markets. His passion and understanding of the vision made for a successful partnership. As a Certified Dementia Care Specialist, he brings a level of expertise and special commitment to our memory care clients. Michele, J.M., Phillip and members of the leadership team have personal experience working in the field providing direct care to clients.
